Go Jazz!

The other night we had a little party at our house for the NBA draft. It was the first one I had ever watched and I've got to admit.. it was really boring. I was excited to see what happened with Jimmer though. We were all very disappointed when the Jazz didn't get him... sad day. Oh well, it was a good excuse to get together anyways :)

Finally!

Well, I finally did it. I got Evan's pictures taken. I have been meaning to since he was born, but just couldn't get myself to spend the money to actually do it. Some friends of mine just started their own photography business so I got them to do it. I thought they did a really good job. We decided to make it a surprise for Garrett for Father's Day, so we framed one for him as his gift. Anyways, they turned out really cute. Here are some of my favorites...

Cali trip

A couple weeks ago we took a trip to California with Garrett's family to visit their grandparents. It was a lot of fun. They live really close to San Diego so we got to go there and also to the beach. His grandparents have the coolest house. In their back yard they have rows and rows of orange and lemon trees. I should have taken a picture but trust me.. it's awesome. I totally want to live somewhere like that someday...

Evan with the grandparents!

This is us in their go cart that his grandpa rides around their back yard in.
Evan with his cousin Madden! They both looked so cute in their little hats.

The whole time we were at the beach Evan was freezing cold. He was actually turning purple! So he was wrapped up in the blanket pretty much the whole time.

When we were leaving the restaurant where we ate lunch, no joke five tourist stopped to take a picture of him like this in his stroller.
